ok, 4 hours with the lawer yesterday here is where i stand, there will be no felony charges. on october 29th i go to jury trial. he says he will prove that what i was doing and how i was doing it was not by state law definition recless driving. i was endangering no one but my self, and was clocked at only 40 mph in a 45 and still slowing down as per the police officers report. there is no law that states directly or indirectly in wisconsin that you must have the motorcycle on 2 wheels, only that you must have control of the vehicle. costing me about $800.00 but he is promising me no charges, tickets or points when we are done. i trust him, he has been my lawer since i was 13. that and with the proof we are gathering that what we do is a legitimate sport with shows competitions and actual sales of items and the fact that i am a part of an organized group should do it. hell the city oficials already know that just because of the practice road we have done the last 2 years. wish me luck.....this could very well set a new precident for there ability to write wheelie and endo reckless driving tickets and there ability to stick.

court went well, took all of 5 min. lawer got both reckless tickets dropped!! only thing they require. is that i go to point reduction class. thanks for the help guys i dont know how much weight it pulled but i really apreciate it.
