well court sucked ***, they are trying to nail my *** with a felony b/c i got 2 reckless tickets in less than a week and my driving record is a joke...not only that, but because they are trying to nail me with a felony they were able to read in my past criminal record...its not looking good fellas....i go to trial october 29th.

 

If it's looking that bad.. time to sell the toys, and get a good lawyer...

have a good lawer, he thinks they are trying to put a scare into me. its working. i dont think its time to sell the toys, just time to keep it off the public streets. i love stunting but i wont loose everything over it. i already switched bikes, once again they wont know what to look for for awhile. told the boys anything on the public roads ill be sitting out, at least until all this court **** is done, maybe even until next spring. ill still truck my **** out to the practice spot. but thats about it.

They can tack on habitual, but even then i dont think it is a felony, maybe

misdeameaner. Felony what? did they state exactly what you could be charged with....I think they are full of it.

 

yeah bill dont worry about it that much just play it cool for the rest of the year i mean its allmost oct and its geting cold out fast if you have to chill out untill next year its not like your missing out on that much

 

just fight the **** in court and see how the ball rolls....good lawyer should be able to get you out of that.

 

lawers not happy, he has spent alot of time on me this year. i have a meeting with my lawer friday morning. he doesnt think they can charge me with felony reckless endangerment just because i got to reckless drivings in a week no matter how bad my record is.

damn bill, sorry to hear that man. Street is fun, but these cops are about to start getting crazy... Its been like 7 deaths down here this summer cause fools trying to be Rossi on the highway. Sunday some guy and his girl got killed, hit a truck then got ran over by another...

Bill best thing you can do is sell the bike until after the court date .. They look at that as a sign that you are going to not preform the same **** again. Also 2 wreckless drivings is considered a felony as far as I know.. THAT SUX ***

well the 900rr is gone and i got the zx6r now, not gonna register it till the court **** is done. getting a receipt saying i sold it so when i go to court it looks like i dont have a vike anymore and im staying the **** off the streets till then too.

 

sorry bill this is a little bit but did ya'll here that this moron was wearing his helmet and his girl wasn't? I heard he was still in critical condition. I know if I was a girl I would be kinda scared if I was riding with a guy that was wearing a lid. I laugh when I see people riding like that, at least hang the lid on the bike when you dont have two.

no , just busy as hell. always working, and definitly staying off public roads for a while.

 

it was all over the news, guy and a passenger, he had a lid she didnt, he rear ended a car at 85 mph on the kennedy express way i think it was in chi- town at 2 am. he is in critical she was dead at the scene. someone ran her over after she flew off the bike then took off, they say who ever hit the girl prob. didnt even realize they did it.
