The Rule
The 600cc rule was created as a way of rating a passenger. I ride a Honda 600 F4i and in order to keep up with my friends on their liter bikes (1000cc) I have to run the **** out of my bike. When I ride with a passenger my bike has to work that much harder. So on a 600cc bike the lighter the passenger, the faster I can go.
The 5 parts of the 600cc Rule:
Weight Limit: The passenger must not weigh more that 120 lbs.
Aerodynamics: The passenger's butt must fit on the seat.
Style: The passenger must look good (helps to add style to your bike).
Cushion: The passenger must have a good rack for those long rides (Kind of like a pillow on your back).
Experience: The passenger needs to remain still on the back of the bike and follow the "driver" at the appropriate times.
