2006 r6 good stunt bike?

Ok so I know this question has been asked many times befor, and I have read most of them, BUT I am still confused! I'm new to this forum so take it easy lol So I keep reading that this bike needs an idle adjuster and in other words sucks to stunt. Little comments here and ther lead me to believe that this bike completely sucks *** at being a full blown good stunt bike, but then ther are guys doing stunts on them with no problem. Obviously those guys are very experienced. Anyways my question is...is the yamaha R6r really as bad as they say it is to stunt?

i would honestly say a bike is as good as you make it .... could be the worlds ugliest shitiest bike but if you know what your doing then it will look good . I have an r6 with very minor mods but i still get it up hahah

Yeah I agree. I just bought a 06 r6 and it seems to react fine to slow wheelies, I haven't tried anything else.

My 06 r6r is the ****. Pretty much every mod needed.
Except I put on round scrape bar and now I need new tail lights. Haven't been able to find any on google. Anybody know any websites for LED tail lights?

Did the round bar scrape the light? Or you just can't see the tail light any more? Oh and check ebay. I just bought a rear tail light for my r6.

Nah mate round bar didn't scrape the lights. It took up the space where the lights go. I need something completely aftermarket not like the original light.
Can't even fit the under tail plastics anymore between the round bar and subcage. So for now I'm rockin an exposed C4-Revolutions badass subframe with zip ties to mount my lights and plate bahaha. Never underestimate the structural integrity of zip ties.

Hey man, you do what you gotta to keep that **** together. Clips break and bolts come loose. A stuntbike is gonna take **** kicking ain't no doubt about that. And sometimes aftermarket parts don't fit properly. So you gotta get crafty. I'd rather have zip ties holding my **** down than plastics flapping in the breeze.
