Setup for light rider
Hi Guys.
A little advice please on stunting with light rider.
I have a Street triple R and can clutch wheelie pretty well in 1st get to BP steer and change gear. But I cannot for my life get it to lift if its in 2nd. Have tried all sorts of combinations involving full throttle but all that happens is the bike accelerates and front wheel lifts 1ft or so off ground, then it comes back down. Yet everything I read about the bike says it should wheelie just fine in 2nd. What gives?
Im only 8 Stone wet through, and was reading that the stock suspension may not be compressed enough for my weight. And so rear suspension travel may be making bike accelerate rather thank lift. Also COG may not be as high as if I was a 15st heffer.
Or am I barking up the wrong tree???
Any ideas would be great
Cheers in advance
