Fuel pump problem

Fuel pump problem
Does anyone know why my 04 gixxer's fuel pump occasionally does not click on and I have to turn the switch off @ on a few times to get it to click over ... I already switched relay thinking that was my prob. But no luck ... Can any one help me out ?
