Ive used every recent honda front end, except the 1000rr, and my opinion is the RC51 forks in 929 clamps is the ****. brakes arent quite 929, theyre about equal to the 1000, but its ok. the forks are super long so you can have the clipons on top and keep the stock geometry.

learn it with the idle real low and cover the handbrake until your comfortable with the left foot. also, its easier to get the hang of it with your right foot on the back peg instead of the bar

 

i was doing ok , then i realized i was going to the right , not the left . after that my head was all sorts of screwed up and i was on the ground

 

if you get the forks, you NEED the axle. I dont know of any other thats the same diameter, honda anyway. The wheel is expensive bout you can get a 929 wheel to fit. You can press RC bearings right into a 929 wheel so thats only $20 if you already have the wheel. The rotors have the same bolt pattern and offset, but its cheaper to make adapters to use 929 rotors then it is to buy rc rotors.

yeah they go right. you really have to flex yourself out to lean enough to go straight. Go to a big parking lot and start off with ur right foot on the rear peg like i said before. Its really not that hard.
