the motor is running fine.. the tranny feels eh.. and one of my friends whos a ford freek said my rear seal is leaking... rear seal to what i have no clue...

brake job you should have done yourself . calipers are rarely bad . id it still compressed , and wasnt leaking it was fine . oil , do yourself . control arms your friend can do. by rear seal , it could be the pinion seal on the rear diff , thats not too bad of a job . rear main seal is labor intensive . let it leak and keep an eye on the oil level . what is your truck ? year make model , engine and 4wd or 2wd

ok this shop is screwing you ..... bad
brakes - calipers are 45 ea , pads range 43-65 , and rotors 41 each . then the max labor they can charge is 1.9 hours .

suspension - upper arms 73 - 141 each depending on brand. lower ball joints are replaceable. there 34 - 49 each again depending on brand . labor is 1.9 to replace both lowers , and 2.0 to replace both upper arms . then alignment should be around 90 -110
