im not exactly sure how it works becuase the guy had a very strong indian accent but this is basicly what he told me ....

he was given a grant from the government to go to college , a grant he didn't have to pay back as long as he started a business so he then got a government loan to buy a gas station that he didn't have to pay back as long as he kept the place for a certain amount of years which he did ..

he then got a cousin from india to come to the states and get the same government grant for college that he got and that guy didn't have to pay back his grant as long as he went into business , well he then got a government grant to but the same gas station from the guy who was telling me the story and he didn't need to pay back the loan as long as he keeps the gas station for a long enough time ....

any one see the problem here ????????

the government not only pays for there college but they give them money to buy a business and then they can sell the business to some one in there family and keep all the money ....

Its too easy to recv benefits right now. I got laid off from a job once in 2001, and I only had to go to the unemployment office one time, to recv free money for 9 months. I think they should make you check in every frickin week. Welfare should have something like that too.
