I miss the old days of stuntlife
I miss the old days. Now there are no good outlets. It was neat being on here, being a little lowly squid from the middle of the USA, being able to talk to the PRO riders, and help others out. To learn, to waste time, to "meet" new people.
Now with facebook, and every dumb mother ****** in the world owning a smart phone, all you get are ******* idiots on facebook groups.
So I'm just going to start posting on stunt life again, like I'm not here all alone. I'll talk to myself, I might even make an alternate account so I can respond to my own posts, and feel at home again.
That said, I got another f4i after not having a bike in years. It was clapped, I'm working on it, went through the whole thing, and more. Starting my "first post" off by showing my current work... I decided to, erm, mod the wire harness a little bit. nothing drastic, just a couple wires removed.
Last pic is how its sitting right now, will be shortening wires once I put it ON the bike, and route it. I erm, didn't realize how much a f4i doesn't need. The wires at te bottom of the table is nearly ALL that is going back on the bike. I will be adding a few of my own circuits, but most of the stuff at the back of the table is trash.
My bike will still have a LED headlight, LED tail light/brake light, and just FIVE led's for warning lights. I think I'm going ot just drill 5 tiny holes into the triple for the led's. One for oil pressure, over temp, neutral, FI light, and low fuel. My ignition is being relocated to the subframe, I'm maintaining my start button on the handlebar.

Re: I miss the old days of stuntlife
Fuse box? Don't need it. Or the clutch diode onside. I'm not bypassing the tip circuit at the tip sensor, oh no no. Iv'e completely eliminated the engine relay, fuel relay, turn signals, headlight circuit, tail light circuit, basically everything. Running my own circuits, since I don't have all those high powered lights, all the fuses in the fuse box are worthless.
Just has the 30amp fuse at the moment, will most likely be running at least one other fuse, or at least, wiring the harness up for it, so when I add a 2nd radiator fan, I have the circuit in place.
I hope my calculations were right. I'm a high school drop out, not an electrical engineer.

I miss the old days too. Does anyone even ride anymore? What about comps? Sponsored riders? And what the hell happened to Stuntride? Are there no forums anymore?

Towlieee, you are such a ******* squid!!! You suck at life! Punch yourself in the face!!!!!! You get red blox!!!!!!!!!
Bike is looking good! I go on Stuntride here and there to talk **** about how no one goes on there. I think the MikeM thread is still kinda active. I been trying to get people to switch from FB back to SR but they are all retarded millennials. one homo posted a picture of a HHD SF bracket and asked where he could get one...... the web address and name are machined into it and was clearly visible in the picture he posted. Thats how stupid these kids are... this is where we are now. disgusting.
