Of course there were no names mentioned as the guys who did this obviously had no clue who the riders were and probably didnt care. Its pretty phucked up when you are on a video cover and didnt even know it.
There has to be some sort of legal avenue you guys could pursue.
If there were waivers signed then its over.
I like the idea of the colored vest, making it easy to see who is allowed to take video.

I recieved a email back promptly congratulating me with my " brush with stardom" and a link to how I could purchase and copy of the dvd.

Explain to me how it is exploiting when Kyle explains that the riders will not be paid with money but with recognition and credits the riders. Same with Drew, steve, and others.

Its cool only if you wanna see 2 seconds of the side of my bike

The only good thing about it, is you can see the raw footage of playtime in Biketoberfest at the municipal stadium. Not worth $20 in my opinion.

You can video almost anything,, But turning a profit on it is a little more complicated.badcop
I want to post more but not yet

I just purchased this vid today.. I can't believe that 90% of it is our event in Daytona..

This will definitely give me an oppertunity, and should be able to answer alot of questions about what's legal and whats not...
