it makes sense.
potassium citrate coats calcium lactate and calcium oxalate. and lemons are one of the few rich natural sources.

That means less lactic acid build up in your muscles, less burn, less pump, and more supple muscles overall.

The rind, if you can stand it, is an excellent source of water soluble potassium citrate. just cut a lemon into circles and drop it in your water.
