if you guys love french fries which im sure you do then you got to try my special "stunt life fancy sauce" and turn this thread into a sticky lol
ingredients:
1. any amount of kethcup
2. followed mayonaise (has to be quivalent with the same amount of ketchup)
3. mustard (about equivalent to 1/2 amount of your ketchup.)
4. a lot of pepper!
let me know how much you end up loving it because everyone i show it to seems to!

Grilled chicken on some kind of bread = Protien and carbs
Bananas = Potassium and other vitamins and minerals
Gatorade or natural lemonade = Electrolytes, Sugar, Vitamins and minerals and fluid
