+1

man up and get ready to bite the bullet.

you should prolly talk to a lawyer, then a bondsman, then just turn yourself in

well its funny how everyone talks big about running on here then when it comes down to it says you should have stayed... well running worked out in the end. the cop just called my cell phone... not sure how he got it... maybe his neice i was banging... and said if we admitt to the wheelies he'll release the bikes with no other charges other than mis use of power ect.

i run on the streets and i get away, i dont go down some ****** railroad tracks and dump my bike in the mud and run on foot like i just murdered someone you botard. i dont know anyone that runs in a lot or off the beaten path spot. im sure that cop is gonna tell you all sorts of bullshit to get you to turn yourself in, and you are obviously dumb enough to believe him.

Re: need fast legal advice!!!!!!!

people are talking about killing the highways not the spot. and running didnt work out in the end. hopefully the cop that called you wasnt lying to you. you should still talk to a lawyer before you admit to anything and pick up your bike.

running on the highway is a different cup of tea than running in a lot.. especially trying to take a sport bike off road.. that's just ******* dumb

Re: need fast legal advice!!!!!!!

At the end of the day the officer is still a human being. Just tell dude that u guys panic'd and took off. tell him u werent running from him but rather you were just trying to avoid any kind of trouble, then ask his advice on where u guys can practice, that should shift the focus of the issue and appeal to his ego that his input is important.
Sometimes in life u have no choice but to kiss ***. If u cant beat em then work around em.

i just still don't get it, if the red and blues were off why didn't you just park it and wait for him to tell you to leave or maybe he just wanted to see why you were there you tell him "practicin wheelies where its safe" and he says be careful and leaves

Re: need fast legal advice!!!!!!!

lmfaoo this too funny the members clowning you..

well something like this happen to my cousin lol...he normally ran from cops in his area and they know the ******* and his bike so well one day he got away and left the bike on the block after his by the school yard and ran home..anywayz he went back couple hours later and the bike was gone...his assumption was police took it so he reported it stolen and sure enough the cops did take it..but that was bout september lol and he still doesnt have his bike back cause he been going to court for it and last 2weeks they offered to give it back if he can show proof of title lol but he lost it so waiting on the copy from dmv.

moral is they know him so well from running how he looks etc they kept the bike locked him up for evading police etcetcetcetc you get the point...so yea id take a chance at REPORTING IT STOLEN..THATS JUST ME!!

is this guy serious!!!!!!!! First off an industrial park is still a public way so u shouldnt have been there anyway... second why would u run if u were at a spot... usually the cops will just tell u to leave... worst case the only thing they can do is write u a tresspassing ticket... wake that hampster up in ur head and tell him to get back to work, cause obviously that wheel wasnt spinning when u decided to run through the mud of all places... but thanks for the laugh... i needed it
