need fast legal advice!!!!!!!
heres what happend... we were at our stunt spot and a cop rolled up WITHOUT the blues or siren on so we took off down some railroad tracks. he never said stop or turned on the lights or anything. eventully we ditched the bikes (2 of them) and ran because the mud was too deep. we got away without being seen but they got the bikes and towed them. now we need to know if we should call them in stolen or play off that we didnt know they were chasing us because of the lack of any blues/sirens? they did not chase us originally but did set out a man hunt to find us once they found the bikes. what should we do? help quick!

Even without sirens or lights I'm pretty sure its still evading police
But if you live in keene nh, I wouldn't be posting up on a public forum that you ran from the police and telling the whole story

they could keep your bikes for evading an officer, i am sure they will call B.S. if you say you did not know they were following since you ditched the bikes... I would def talk to a lawyer if you want your bikes back...Good luck

you shouldve just taken your lumps man. who knows what wouldve happened but its almost a sure bet it wouldnt have been as bad for you as now. call a lawyer and go from there if you want your bike back.

if this in going to go to court theri gonna ask why you rand? why you went down RR tracks? and why you ditched the bikes? if you didn't think you were being chased. thats what their going to ask so id lawyer up

youre a ******* idiot. why the hell would you run from a stunt spot. its VERY rare that a cop will ticket you in a spot where there is no traffic. especially if they didnt witness you wheelying or anything and your bikes are legit. the cop 99% of the time will just tell you to leave, so congrats youve now fucked yourself and deserve anything you get for acting like a retard.
