remind me again whats gotta be done. i got a little over 3 hours of sleep last night and 4 hours the night before so im ****** exhausted and could use some rest

Oh and MikeM - good lookin on that. I scooped it up last night around 130

 

Clipons, straighten front end. Tried putting it against a tree and the only thing that happened was the bike moved Oh and put exhaust gasket on but I can do that in 3 seconds. Really just clipons and straighten front end. The spark plugs probably won't be here til next week, but Im not riding out wheelies anyway I'm just gonna be parking it on the bar so it doesn't matter if my idle stays at like 6k RPM when I cut the throttle It's all good, if you wanna do it a different day no biggy at all. I'm free everyday Long as I'm good for the weekend

 

Oh and possibly a cage cutting. Really if need be I could do that myself though.

Do I need to have a jack underneath it? I thought the forks will drop to the floor without a jack.

 

the pinch bolts for the axle. on a side note the forks cant get any closer to the ground but the frame could drop .

 

So just loosen the 4 bolts at the bottom of the forks? There's 2 on each side. I thought you needed to loosen the pinch bolts on the upper and lower triple to straighten out the forks.

 

actually just loosen 2 on one side. whoever told you that is giving you mis information . hmmmm wonder who it was?

I just need help with the clipons, and possibly spark plugs if they come in... but if we can't get the clipons to work I'll just rock stock adn order some Vortex.

 

I probably misunderstood. I loosened 2 on one side and was able to straighten it out a bit, but not all the way. It stopped moving. I put all my weight on that bitch too. I guess I gotta jack it up and loosen both sides to get it perfect, huh?
