Re: Biggest A-Hole Cop Stories
bought my 750 memorial day of 06. put about 80 miles on it that day just ridin and gettin the feel for it. later that night, me and my boys picked up a girl i was "dating" from night to night and a few of her friends. we all go back to my house and have few beers etc. i put the girl that was with me on someone elses bike cuz i wanted to ride a couple of wheelies just to show off. where we are going we have to get on interstate 95 and go north a few exits. coming up to the light i decided to roll a stoppie. i was thinkin ill just pick the tire up a foot or so and drop it back down and the girls will get a kick out of it. well i start picking up the rear tire and my instinct is sayin ok thats enough but as its coming up im thinkin this is so much smoother then the 02 gix 600 before. so instead of a little tiny stoppie i rolled it about 40 feet cuz it just felt so good on the front wheel. i set it down and look back and my boys are giving me the thumbs up. im sitting there smiling to myself happy i bought the bike. then i see the blue lights pull up behind me. im like **** first day of owning the bike its going to get impounded, im going to jail for reckless driving, if they blow me then dui (it was a holiday so its ZERO tolerence. .01 is over the limit) and who knows what other charges they will come up with. im sitting there going through my head if ive had to much to drink to go thru traffic at a high rate of speed. i decided not a good idea. so the cop walks up to me and says that was pretty cool, license and registration please evil. long story short he gives me this speech on how he can ream me a new ahole and this and that. then asks where im going, i tell him and he hands me a ticket for reckless driving and says i could take you to jail but im gonna let you go with the ticket.
hire a lawyer she said it will be 550 for me to go to court with you. i told her i only had 250 and can i make payments. she says yea, go to court she says "judge can we please have this ticket reduced for to fast for conditions?". he says yes 500 dollar fine and im in and out in like 10min. lawyer said call my office to finalize your payment plan. never called never paid anymore then the 250 to the lawyer. its all scam and bunch of bs.

Re: Biggest A-Hole Cop Stories
my cousin said the cop that showed up after i wrecked sunday was tryin to write me every ticket he could and impound my bike. lucky for me the witnesses were my cousin my friend and this guy that was driving behind us(he was pretty cool not to sound gay but he was holding my hand while i was layin there cuz my cousin was freakin out) but anyway everyone said that i wasnt doin anything wrong that i just lost control. my cousin had his M-class and i had my insurance card in my wallet along with my permit, so the cop didnt write me any tickets but he still wanted to take my bike but my cousin lived a block away so he convinced him to let him push the bike home.
Re: Biggest A-Hole Cop Stories
Eh, I've done enough dumb **** on bikes to probably rate some divine retribution de la policia, but I usually luck out and get some decent cops. A cop did knock me out once, but I'm told I took a swing at im... cocaine is a hell of a drug!

Re: Biggest A-Hole Cop Stories
When I first started riding before I got my cycle permit I got two tickets for no cycle endorsement BOTH on the way home within 10 minutes of each other from two different agencies. I tried to fight it and got stuck with both even though the first cop told me to just go straight home. The second cop(s) (he had some rookie trainee he had to show big ***** in front of) were state troopers and towed my bike. Long story short, in Michigan it is a $600 driver responsibility fine payable in 2 yearly installments of $300 for each no endorsement offense. I ended up paying something like $1200 plus $80 for the tow. Fines add up, then I guess you learn how to dip. Its really no wonder that so many bikes run from cops(not that I endorse this).
Re: Biggest A-Hole Cop Stories
I was out with 2 other guys today and carried a sit down on a 2 lane blacktop past an unmarked car with 2 guys in it. I looked him right in the face as I flew past him and he hit the ditch, whipped around and I just shut the bike down as soon as I realized he was a copper. Dude flew up next to me like he was pissed but rolled the window down with a big *** smile talking about his R1. I was scared at first but he thanked me for not running and told me there were 3 more squad cars down the road so do the speed limit home.
One of the guys ran, but my buddy I ride with all the time stopped as soon as I did and the officer made a few comments about the dude that ran, but didn't radio ahead or anything. I felt pretty lucky today
and figured I'd pushed my luck far enough so now I'm having Sunday afternoon beers.:YEAH

Guys were stunting today at the end of a road far from any innocent bi-standers. Cops came so everyone started to pack up shop to leave. Then the cops started ticketing people. One of them seemed okay but the other cop was a straight up ******* *******. "I don't care I'm still gonna tag him..........**** I don't care if he contests it hell that's court time for me I don't mind" Gave my friend a ticket for parking his car the opposite direction of traffic (he had his 50). There was a group down the road toward the entrance of the road that were riding ATVs and what not and they didn't get bothered at all. Even had a van ALSO parked going the opposite way and the cops didn't even do anything to them.
Re: Biggest A-Hole Cop Stories
I'm out here studying from the UK.
And I had basically just came back from visiting friends in the UK.
Its my second day back in the country I thought I would go for a quick night time hoon.
Long *** highway little or no traffic and this car starts riding my *** with its high beams on as it was blinding me through my mirrors. It backs off then another car does the same. And I mean the car was up close within a foot or two, I couldn't see the low profile lights at the time so I dropped a few cogs and I flipped the one finger salute and pinned it.
Got the bike up to about 150mph and eased off as I had left him a while back I got set up for the rest of the ride back from Charlotte.
I'm coming up on traffic when a state trooper flys by me lights on the lot. I think to my self "Some ones getting done" lol. Next thing I know that car swings infront of me and 2 state troopers pull up along side me and box me in and lead me off the road.
I didn't notice that I was being tailed from the minute I left Charlotte. They said they had followed me from a petrol station and had suspected me of DUI.
Thank god they didn't clock me they said I was doing 95mph in a 60 and they could arrest me and have my bike impounded and all this ****. I think they were playing cat and mouse with me and pushing me to speed.
Oh well got it reduced to nothing and a 100 dollar fine and didn't have to show up to court and no fine. I went and spoke to the assistant DA and told him I wasn't paying attention and usually at night cops in the UK will leave you alone on the motorways (highways) if your under 100.
Ignorance of the law is not a valid excuse but being a foreigner got me off with a slapped wrist and a reduced fine. Now I'm paranoid of riding at night and I am always glancing over my shoulder looking for them.
State troopers have a serious attitude problem as well.

Re: Biggest A-Hole Cop Stories
Sorry two long replies but I like to rant about cops.
Another time I was sat there with headphones in just listen to some music at a red light and glance over and see this little fat man with a red face shouting his head off at me in a cop car.
Turns out he had come flying over the median to start having a go at me for no reason.
He tries claiming I was doing 59 in a 45 and he saw me wheelie and all this happy horeshit, I just ask for proof and he tickets me any way and does me for not having my insurance crap on me as well.
I ended up going to court and it was his word against mine, stupid backwards *** hick town judge went with what the cop said so I got a nice fine and some points.
I thought it would at least work like in the UK where they had to have proof of you doing the offense, but no, its their word against yours. I really hate that crap
Just because he's a cop that makes him a better more truthful person than me !?!
I have lost respect for American police. They seem to have little man syndrome and are only out to make money off of stupid things.
Don't get me wrong the ones that do their job and show respect back, much love to you I appreciate what you do for a living.
But the ones that decided that they enjoying being an ******* and took it up as a career treat me like **** I show it back mate
Also why are these little town cops all fat.

To be fair I can't see how they claim to be a city.

Re: Biggest A-Hole Cop Stories
this is a good cop story
about three years ago i bought an RC51, the next day i took it out on the hw to see how fast it would go, as im flying down the hw a cop sitting on an entrance ramp that i never saw got behind me i never saw him untill he was right on me 4 miles down the road. so i decided the best thing to do was to pull over. he came over to me and said nice bike, do you know how fast you were going, and i said yes, i know i was going way to fast. then 2 more cops pulled up, and 2 more on the other side of the hw. he said he got me at 155, he went back to the cars and was bullshiting with the other cops for 10 minutes, then came back to me and said, we didnt think you were going to stop and to slow it down, and handed me a ticket for 80 in a 60 and i said thank you. i called a couple of my cop buddies to see if they could fix it for me and they both i was lucky enough not to have gone to jail.
since that day i always look behind me

Re: Biggest A-Hole Cop Stories
I don't dislike cops, I only dislike cops that are cops for the wrong reasons, and today it seams like most cops are cops for the wrong reasons.
Back in the day (50-60 years ago) I feel like most people liked cops, If you think about it, They are here to serve and protect the people of our country so whats not to like right.
But, now it seams as though most cops patrol our street arresting and harassing people that aren't relay even doing **** wrong.
Theirs allot of reasons why cops act like this today. Basically the issue is that our law enforcement system needs serious reform. Their is a serious lack of laws that protect the rights of the citizens from being abused by officers of the law along with a slew of other issues. Think about how many times cops use excessive force and 99% of the time they pay no repercussions for abusing a citizens rights.
Another issue with our law enforcement system is that it is used to generate revenue. I currently live in Iowa City and the police down here spend every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night writing tickets for public intox, possession of alcohol under the legal age and fake ID tickets. Over the past year their has been a streak of sexual assaults and the problem hasn't gotten any better over time. But the sad truth is stopping a sexual assault is far less profitable than writing a bunch of drinking tickets.
I have full and up most respect for cops that properly enforce the law, don't abuse their authority and treat people with the respect they deserve. unfortunately most cops today aren't around to serve and protect, they are simply arrestors and harassers.
The last 100 times you saw a cop how many times were you glad they showed up?

Re: Biggest A-Hole Cop Stories
a cop broke my clavicle, scapula, and fucked up my neck above and below the titanuim plate which now has to ******* come out AGAIN to be replaced by a bigger one and even more screws. (3 weeks ago)
He got violent because I had an attitude and told him he was not entitled to the information he was demanding, and to go **** himself. he even misquoted me in the charging documents as saying "**** off *******"
that is not what I said, what I said was "**** yourself"
that's when he decided he was going to arrest me for disorderly, he was already aggressive, but he really got crazy once he started putting his hands on me. saying all kinds of ****, I'm assuming for the benefit of the onboard video. While he was behind my back he was alternating between feeling me up, and crushing my fingers until it hurt and I'd pull away. and saying "you're resisiting, stop resisting or I can taze you"
ended up getting cuffed, injured and thrown in jail for resisting, disorderly, assaulting a police officer (he claims I kicked him in the abdomen) and some other ****.
I still can't feel one of the fingers on my left hand. that somomabitch. there are photos on myspace.
