F*****G Electrical little help maybe?

Alright here comes my headache after the last 2 days in the garage. First things first i have a new cyclops headlight with hooked up to the high beam and have the low beam light just sitting(so i can turn my headlight on and off). Last summer i had THOUGHT my headlight relay went out I didnt have money for one at the time So i put a jumper wire where the relay plugs in from Bl/R to Bu (the high beam). It worked for quite a few months with no problems. Then one day i turn off my bike go to turn it back on. Nothing no fuel pump priming, no headlight, but my tailight and brake light came on. Went home Checked all the wires in the headlight harness didnt see anything loose so i plugged it all back in still nothing... flipped the highbeam switch on and off a few times .... There we go the fuel pump primes and bike runs for a few months. So now i get the relay in pull out the jumper wire plug it in. Nothing again yet the tail light and brake light still come on. Flip the high/low beam switch on and off ... nothing ... flip the kill switch a few times ... and realize it is turning the high and low beam light off on my speedo.

So i am clueless as of now.

... So it turns out after pulling the whole harness i had a broken wire a ton of corroded contacts. The kill switch contacts were corroded and one of the grounds going to the starter relay was almost non existent.

It could be we ride as soon as the lots are clear enough the water/snow/salt kills everything else on my bike.
