I emailed and requested the removal of Apex Teach and Darius

 

ok since all of their email addresses just bounced back.. I will put it here!

As Their representative, I would ask that you remove the names "Darius
Khashabi" "Nick Apex" and "Teach McNeil" from your website and list of
riders.

This is a gross misrepresentation and misuse of these riders names and
goodwill that they have created in the motorcycling community.

Also please eliminate any reference to The XDL Finals or any events in the series as we are our own association and sanctioning body and do not welcome the implication that we are affiliated with any other organization.
