Sounds like the oil that would've gone into your airbox is going into your exhaust instead, where it's still being burned, but at no chance of hydro locking the motor since it's not going through the cylinders. I think at worst it would just blow oil out your tail pipe, or soak your muffler packing in oil, or a puddle of oil would sit in your exhaust until the exhaust gasses burn it all off, I dunno.

Yeah I did mine and bike runs much smoother and idle pulls harder it seems

i think im gonna buy a gauge and test for psi fluctuation on my gsxr. i have noticed my airbox is always layered with oil mist even though ive never had a bog/smoke problem. im looking for a new project too so what the hell.

does the bike need to be under load when testing (smashing out on the streets and holding the gauge) or could i just lift it on the stands and gas it? (pissing everyone off in my neighborhood haha)
