Wink Re: Why is foot in bar bad!!!!

it dosent matter how tall you are, you could be 8 feet tall and you can still put your foot on the damn seat.. It just means your going to be more ontop if the bike... Ive never heard such a retarded excuse in my life.. If your one leg is 34 inches than that means your other leg also is 34 inches and can still reach the brake.. So instead of making excuses just say.. I LIKE HAVING MY FOOT IN THE BAR... No one really gives a ****.. Its not like they arent going to ride with you because you do... Its just somthing to argue over because thats what we all seem to do best..

Re: Why is foot in bar bad!!!!

If foot in the bar is "so gay" you bisexual stunters with 12bars shouldn't have 12bars. Scrape subframe or get a JBeats bar. It's funny how foot in the trunk is accepted, but foot in the bar is not. If you stop and take a look, foot in the trunk still looks foot in the bar.

"Welcome to stuntriding, where you can only be a rider if you do like everybody else and follow the most recent trends. If you have your own riding style or image, you will not be accepted in this game"

Do your own thing, and ride how you want to ride. Dont let anybody or any trends change what will help you advance in riding.

You're not getting the math on this and I don't feel like typing out my 6 and a half foot point of view on it.

Ill do the math for you... Go to the bottom of page 3.. Look at ryr600f4's avatar.. There is a pic of a bike at or near balance.. Now take a look at were the brake footpeg and the rear seat is... HMMMM they are at the exact same level.. So there is no way that you can argue that your other foot cant reach the brake because your feet will be perfectly even..

Didn't say it couldn't be done but to do a no hander like that is a bithc. I have to be squated down so far because I can't let off the brake enough to stand up straight. If my toes would bend back and touch my shin it would be another story.

Id say your problem is just poor body positioning. Turn your foot thats on the seat more sideways and out so you can get all of your weight on that foot. Then unlock you brake foot.. Its alot easier to use the brake then your foot is unlocked. You can even be practically standing sideways on the bike, as long as your leaning into the middle the bike is going to go straight.. If you need to adjust your brake lever then do it.. its easy to do..

That pic is a year old and I had just got the bike, only pic I had for an example. Doesn't matter how I put my back foot on the seat. My brake lever IS adjusted all the way down, still not far enough. And what the hell do you mean unlock my foot?!

Re: Why is foot in bar bad!!!!

meant unlock your brake leg.. You have you brake knee locked which pushes your weight off the back of the bike.. If you lock your other knee, the one on the seat it sill push your weight towards the bike and doing no handers will be soo much easier.. But do whatever feels more comfortable for you.. I could care less were you put your foot, i was just tryin to help out a bit..
