I think foot in the bar is gay because some people over use it, it is also associated with euro guys in funny jumpsuits overusing it also, and goes hand in hand with dirtbars. It like a generic style kinda. I do it sometimes for no handed circles but my bar is so short it doesnt look as bad cause my leg isnt soo scretched out. Foot in the bar is just another position to wheelie

 

I think what Darius was trying to say is that if you have your foot in the bar for a nanosecond,, and no one really saw it then its cool.. Otherwise its no good.. Its kinda like doing fat chicks i guess.. As long as your buddies dont catch you.. Then go hard.. !!

wrong buddy it's not on the cover, but ya foot in the bar is good for somethings. I never used to wheelie like that, just like I used to circle with my foot on the left rear pass peg, now I never do it. Now I'm on the foot on the seat, I can do more no handed circles that way. But mostly I like to circle high chairs now everything else is too easy I mean it's all about what's more challenging, if it's easy to do then it gets boring, wait till ya see the unicycle circles
