thanx for the idea. i need to make a sticky about this. ok, heres what u do..
start the bike and let it idle in 1st gear. loosen the jam nut and turn the screw counter clockwise untill the bike starts to roll. at that point, turn the screw clockwise about a quarter turn and lock it down. the easy way to test this is to ride the bike in any gear. while riding, slowly lift up on the shifter. noticing when the clutch starts to slip. the end of the shifter should be moved about 1/2" to 3/4" right when it starts slipping. good luck
