I know that this lil box is a exhaust vent for the case......can i remove the box and just run a longer hose???????
or is the box important and do i have to keep it on the bike?
i relocated my key and i want to know what to do with this thing......

If your worried about it spitting oil outta it, don't worry. The most you'll ever see is just a drop around the end of the rubber tube. If it does spit oil out, you got a pressure build up in the crank case and need to vent it.
Since I race and stunt mine, I put a little water bottle as a catch can and ran the hoses into it. So far the only think collected in it is gas from extensive whoolies

 

you can take it off if you want too.. run a longer hose if you feel the need. If you change out airfilters you can get rid of it all together.. I run the twin air filter and relocated my key. Got rid of it all together. Just ran a longer hose from the case to the back side by the swing arm.. as long as its not plugged you'll be fine..
