ok left side of the bike where the fuse box is, what the hell is the littel black box that plugs in next to the fuse box....almost looks like a giant fuse or somthing?

I'm fixing a bike, and it wont even turn over, and im thinking its because im missing this coponent.

 

its a fuel pump relay. If you don't have it, the bike won't run.
