+1, if you are going that fast chances are they arent going
to be cool about it, so thats what his dumbass gets for pulling over......
he might as well have taken the chance at bouncin out, and if that didnt work out, the fines would still be the same.
175 clocked.
130 on one wheel clocked.
both from my friend with a speedo healer yellow box thing

Fastest I have ever been on one wheel was like 100, but I had to shift from 3rd to 4th to keep it up. And my friend Joe and I would go on I-25 up here in Colorado on the north end and top our bikes out. My "indicated" was 176 on my F4i. I'm pretty sure I was going pretty close to that though, my F4 heezie was pretty stout; 2 Brothers Exhaust, K&N Air Filter, 520 Chain Conversion with a -1/+2 sprocket setup, and Power Commander USBIII that I spent 3 hours tuning.
From what I understand from racers, a -1/+2 sprocket setup on a stock chain pitch will decrease top end substantially, but when you go to a 520 chain, the fact that there is far less centrifugal mass spinning this will offset the sprocket change and will only drop your top speed by 1mph-2mph... not much at all. I'm not sure this is true, but when a buddy of mine explained it to me (and he's been track racing for 10 years and was a mechanic) it made sense to me.

Going 100+ on one wheel really isn't that hard.... one of my friends died about 5 years ago while doing a wheelie. His twin brother was riding with him and they were doing side by side wheelies on a dark road when a car pulled out, Ben saw the car and set his wheelie down but Pat didn't and rode into the back of the Expedition. Ben said he was doing 120 indicated when he looked down and he had another gear to go. So I don't know if 100+ is that impossible?!?!
Re: Motorcyclist Clocked at 155 Mph Jailed
the first wheelies i ever saw were all above 100. i know b/c i had just started riding with RUI, and didnt do wheelies yet. so i rode next to justin and watched..hed be doing standups for at least an exit at over 100 regularly.

the fastest 600 in the us was rode by cycle worlds staff, it was a 05 r6 and they radared it with a global positioning system to like 171 mph, the bike had like 10 grand worth of mod and all kinds of other ****. no production 600 will ever see a true 165 or better, and fyi the 600rr had the most top end in 04-05 not sure about 06 but the rr is a true 163 mph motorcycle.

He should have spent 300.00 for a good radar dector, I love mine (Escort X50) it works great saved my *** a few times, I love it when you drive by them doing 65 smiling and waving at them, and them not know just 60 secs ago you were breaking all land speed records.
