hahaha... ive been hittin the gym 5 days a week for the past 4-5 weeks and havent been drinking on weekdays... eating right bla bla... and i fit back into pants i havent fit into since before i was 21... lol went from a 32-33 waist to a 29
oh yea.. and i can see my **** again..

I was about 305 went down to 272 in like a month then I bulked to about 284 now but I just injured my neck shrungin' 635 the other day so I might try to lean out again maybe hit 265 or so then come back up solid to like 280.. but I'm 6'5'' so I got a bigger frame to fill out.. Tony at 200 would be large as ****..

usually eat a protien bar in the morning.. with some milk.. or gatorade... ill have like chicken cesar salad , or chef salad for lunch sometimes steak... then protien shake after the gym... and if im hungry after that ill have a chicken sandwich.... i eat tons of chicken and vegtables.. not much else...
oh and i just started takin euphedra on monday.. so ive been sweatin ***** the past 3 days cause it raises your core temp.. hopefully ill see some results from that..
my max bench a month ago was 225... i put up 275 on monday... think i coulda done a lil more.. ill try again next monday

if your tryin to cut up forget about maxin and all that.. You need to add some meals in there at least 5 aday and I got one word for ya ''protien'' and lots of it atleast 1g per lb of body weight.. Start going for 10-15 reps for when ever you can if you think you can get 17 reps out of it move up if you cant get atleast 8 move down you'll start shreddin alot faster and you wont lose size. if your tryin to bulk then 6-10 reps is where you wanna be.. Power= 1-5 reps doing a mix just works against it self. oh and dont forget carbs you need or your body will begin to break down the muscle you have to feed the rest of itself..

im just trying to get in shape.... im not really trying to get huge.. i wanna put on a little muscle and lose a lil fat... should i bulk up first.. then lean out or is what im doing ok ?

as long as your not tryin to do both at the same time.. wit out roids there's no way to get bigger and leaner.. You can appear that way but in actuallity your body fat stays the same your just adding muscle.. I'm more into the power liftin' cuz i could give a **** less about body fat but I'm definetly gonna start cutting up tomorrow just got some clen and t3 cuz i dont think I'd be able to cut with out it..
