ok here it is, i have an 89 kx125, i just put new clutch plates and steeles init with new springs, i started the bike it ran good for about 5 minutes, then they effer wouldnt move, asif there was no clutch plates init? wtf i am totally puzzled, does anyone have any information that could help my problem? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanx

 

make sure you have the plates in correctly..same withe the pressure plate..you did soak the plates in oil beforehand..right?

 

yes the plates were soaked in oil for about 3 days before i installed them. i think that the pressure plate and the spring tensioners were not torques down enough, i torqued them to the right specs tonight, and will let you guys knw whatr happens when i test ride it again tomorow-Jason aka OPIE
