Not the easiest thing to learn at first but once u getthe hang of it, its very addictive. Onlyhad mine for a couple of months and there's not a day that goes by that i don't get on it for a bit.

If u can afford it buy a new one, then u can run it in the way u want and know the history. I got a crf-50, big bore kit, street tires, straight bars and a 12bar. If u weight a bit then i would look at getting a shock kit, especially if u plan on jumping the sucker!!!!!

Pocket bikes are fun but unless u have alot of extra money laying around to buy a Blata i wouldn't waist your money, get the u wont be dissappionted one little bit. As for stunting, its like anything, PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE is the key. Learn that rear brake though

Re: The Fiddy Forum

Buy a honda fiddy..u wont regret it. I sucked on my big bike untile i got my fiddy and now my courage is thru the roof. U also learn back brake REAL quick...... pocket bikes are gay in my opinion...too loud to ride in suburbs...get a fiddy, big bar kit, street tires, 12 bar and practice your *** off.......

Fiddy all the way. Unless you have a spare $3-4000 then stay away from the pocket bikes. Fun as they are there not as all around versatile as a fiddy. Buy a crf and stunt it, u wont regret it and it makes a heap of difference to the way u ride the big bike afterwards :YEAH

Re: The Fiddy Forum

Man, I rode a SDG this weekend. The only thing I didn't like about it is how high it sits. It looks inbetween a mini and a full sized bike. Everything else on it I liked. Motor pulls hard(not even broken in yet),brakes stop right now, suspension kicks ***. I am going to give the guy a couple of months on it to see how it holds together. If it holds tight, I am going to buy one for dirt.

$2400 OTD.

It's not mine. It is too big and loud for the type of street riding I like to do. For that I need my stock motored and exhaust 50. But it would be fun in the dirt ripping all over hell and back. I have 40 acres I can ride and it would fit in fine out there.

If his holds together I will seriously consider buying one. :YEAH

Re: The Fiddy Forum

We have been riding strictly street and parking lots lately. I didnt notice until now that it has an aftermarket pipe...Is it really that much louder compared to a stock fiddy???? Im going to tell him that then....

Louder is an understatement. When he goes by me it sounds like a big four stroke dirtbike. As that bike sits in the picture above, the only non-stock item on it is the tires.

If you are rocking the streets with it, the pipe on the SDG should be fine. Just don't stay in one place to long and the police won't be able to find you. If you are rocking a parking lot in a residential area you might have some problems.

I ride my stock motor and stock pipe bike in my driveway all the time. No one has complained to me yet about it. I am keeping mine quiet. :YEAH

Re: The Fiddy Forum

Stock motor is the way to roll. I also rode a 88cc Honda this weekend. Eye opening to say the least. So much fun to have the power to rape other bikes out of the corners when we were racing.

Here is my piece.

1. Depends on what kind of rider you are... I try to teach my friends all the time. Some get it right away, some just never get it. All I can say is practice

2. 01-05 xr/crf 50

3. Pocketrockets are ****in stupid and are no where near as good as

4. It's ready to stunt as soon as you get it. I stunt it stock with the exception of some rear pegs and soon a 12-bar. Just start learning wheelies and go from there

I also agree that pocket bikes are f'in gay. Ive never rode one nor do I plan to. They sound like they should be weedwhippin some grass....thats about it. My stock fiddy motor is just fine.......maybe a 88cc kit someday when the IRS sends me my tax returns.......next year...
