problem with my fiddy,, wont start?!?!?

my fiddy has been sitting for about 3 weeks now, and i went to start her yesterday, and it wouldn't fire up. When i kick it, the engine turns over just like when you have the key turned to the kill position. It turns over, but doesn't fire up???

I have a big bar kit, and have removed the kill switch along time ago, and only use the key to turn off the bike.......... like most peeps.....

can someone help me??? i straight suck at mechanical ****......

theres gas too.

first lets start with the basics, do you have any gas? If you do we'll move to the next step, have u tried it with the choke on? Maybe check and see if your fuel line is kinked, if all else fails take a little gas in like a eye dropper thingy and take out the plug and put some gas straight into the cylinder

Lube up everything and see maybe if you flooded the engine. And do what Danimal said.

check your wires, make sure everything is plugged together, either your not getting gas, or your not getting spark.

Edit better yet, pull the plug, attach it to the plug wire, and ground the plug to the frame and kick it over to see if you see the arc jump on the plug, then you will know if your missing the spark.

Checkto make sure the gas is on, tip till the overflow runs then hold it till its steady for 2 or 3 seconds then try. Flip it to 12 to get overflow to run.
