i was wondering what suspension i should put on my crf 50 i was like 150 and the stock suspension weight is only sopposed to be 80 what shock and front shocks should i put on

 

Front "shocks" are called forks. But jsut get stifer springs.

 

so get stiffer springs for the front and get stiffer for the back do you know what a good brand is and where i should get them

 

Any one will get you done. Gearworks springs are good and about 60$ (most other companys front springs cost that much)

forget a rear spring. just go directly for a shock. i recommend the iShock.. i have the non res. version and i absolutely love it! no troubles ever and feels soo good. i had an applied spring and was wayy happy with the change. Front forks, ya get springs.

 

you got any pics of this stuff where they sell it and does the shock come with a new spring how much is this shock also

sano is a company http://www.sanomx.com/ they sell +1 longer fork legs gives you height and they are a lot stronger they sell a kit which you get +1 legs, disc brake conv. and fork bushings for cheap its sounds like a good setup
the bushings will get the slop out of your frt forks that little bit of play that they have i dont have it yet but im getting it soon

rear shock is called ishock name brand you can get with or w/o resevoir
i dont think the res is worth the extra bucks

THe re\sivour shocks are smotehr and respond more to adjustments, y all mx bike have them

 

I have a CRF50 with rear IShock w/ res, heavy duty fork springs, +1 Red Baron fork kit.....the difference is night and day! It sits much higher also! The bike feels much more solid!

 

yes f getting just springs if you can afford it get the +1 inch longer front fork legs and stiffer springs for the front and an i shock for the rear.i got the +1 front set up and the i shock it raised my bike up taller about 2 inches all around and more than doubbled my susp. travel all for 360.00
