Im curious, if you get prematurely discharged from the service, do you lose rights to accumulated leave and the GI Bill? Would the type of discharge determine that ?

if you get a court martial and get anything less then an honorable discharge i know it can effect the status of your GI bill. what they do with the money you already gave them for it i donno, but im sure someone else can answer that

It depends on what kind of discharge they give you. I do legal I would knwo if you want to PM me about your situation.
