Lokking for a set of studded fiddy tires.

I have tires, but not the time, does anyone have a set of pre studded tires they would like to sell or swap for street or like-new stock knobbies? thanks!

How do studded tires work on a 50??

Even if you coat the inside of the tire with that run flat stuff wont the screws hit the tube and pop it?

Or are there special (short) screws that dont go all the way through?

you can double the thickness by putting another tire inside/ liner, I am currently running a stock front with 3/8 kold kutters and a starcross rear with 1/2 kold kutters, they both do not come through the tire into the tube

Re: Lokking for a set of studded fiddy tires.

I took my 50 out in the snow last night. I was suprised how well it did, I am running street tires and I live on a hill and I was rocking up and down my street on one wheel!!!!

I think studded tires would be so much fun! endos in the snow!! I think Im going to stud my spare set now 100%

Thanks for the advice too!

Studded tires on a 50 don't really work that great in the snow. They really don't work that great on ice that has more than a dusting of snow.
