ya, i was doing circles in 04, and even started working into some SS circles but i never got further than one so i wouldn't say i was doing them.

i think i got back to being good pretty fast considering i didn't walk for 6 months, didn't ride at all for a full year, and didn't stunt for 2 years.

crazy thing is most people that i meet now can't do a simple standup or sitdown circle, but they can SS circle.....and that's about all they can do, nothing else really. i'm lacking 1 stunt that i'd like to have, but i'm glad i'm a lot more well rounded of a rider than 90% of stuntlife parking lot guys.

thats funny cause SSo's are EASIER... so why wouldnt they be able to do them before sitdowns ect..? not our fault you cant do them

your pretty cocky too man, dont ya think? well rounded? only lacking 1 trick? you got a big bag o tricks? i mean **** man post up a video clip then..... i can do alot of ****, but no way id say i was a well rounded rider, cause there is soooooo much that i cant do.... but thats cool, cause im not trying to be a pro stunter... if your lacking SS o's you dont have combo O's... you got some stoppie skills? (alot of riders these days dont even do them) can you pull in and out of Hc, Special K, Spreader ect? you got boston stranglers, RL, ect? or maybe you DONT WEANT TO HAVE THOSE lol

just busting ***** man, cause your coming off as cocky as hell, when all i seen you do was rock some coasters (which i cant do, and would like to)

Finally met up with your bro last night. Cappy broke in the SV's tail Your brother is pretty protective of his pipes though. I told him to cut them, I don't think it's gonna happen. I think he thinks that if he gets a bar it will keep the pipes from scraping. Like Cappy said, between the two of us ... there is someone riding pretty much every night. Trying to get more and more people into it, but you know how that goes up here.

paul, i think you might have a reading disability (or are reading way too far into it).

word for word i said "i'm lacking 1 stunt i'd like to have"....how is that saying "i'm only lacking 1 stunt"? being confident in my abilities isn't being cocky, and i never said i was better than anyone else...i just said more well rounded. well rounded doesn't mean stunt god. I'm just not about sitting in a parking lot and doing nothing but combo circles all day long.

i don't have i would say "stoppie skills" but i can roll 150-200 on my clean 636. we actually were just working on those last week since i got tired of doing just parking lot stuff.

and combo, pull throughs, 50/50 jumps, foot drags....no problem. i like doing that stuff before the parking lot stuff. that was what i learned first. ah, thought i had some video of my pull throughs and parking lot combos but i don't think i took them off tape. i'll find them on the tape or get you some new this week. we've been bad about filming lately. carrying a camera sucks.

and if you find 1 person on here that isn't a slight bit cocky then i'd like to shake that person's hand.

the staggered circle is what started everything for me... and if u can do those u can combo into anything... i was turning into staggered circles for about 3 months b4 i was able to do multiple ones... then after that it was game over... as far as stoppies i can do them but i have a busted *** front end right now that im working on getting a 929 front end... i have 2 bent rotors.... lol:YEAH

Re: florida?

i hear ya man, i have a right bent front fork and both my rotors are warped...it sucks. my bike does absolutely not roll when you it's in neutral. no spin of front wheel..super drag. i just need to put anything on mine. i'm not goin to be knocking out some monster stoppies so i don't care what front end, 200 foot is plenty for me. it's just enough to say "hey, i'm right here" but not super crazy.

and ya, staggered isn't hard for me anymore. i've been working on foot in bar, those are getting super easy for me now. staggered was wearing my left hand out bad so i had to change it up. the SS o's are pretty fun now that i got the feel for them.

oh ya, i figured out what i think my prob was, i always use my middle finger for hb action, well i kept switching to the index finger to rock the 0's and it was killing my smoothness. i switched back just for kicks and tried middle finger with index on clutch, got one the first try.

haha, you really want to know???

i have a master from a 900rr on there with a gp tech adapter. for some reason that master is the bomb diggity for me. i went through 2 of them i hated (same masters) then this 3rd one i had in the garage worked great and has good feel. my lever is super close to the bar and it's really really strong.

i will probably buy a brembo this summer, but i'm scared to switch cause i'm so used to this old junk. it probably works so good because it's only a 14mm piston.

Re: florida?

good **** Binder..... ill have to say... you're more well rounded rider than i am! 200' stoppies is pretty ******* good too man!
im not cocky @ all, so when you meet me shake my hand dawg! lol

i cant do pull throughs on my bike (pisses me off cause i can kill all of them on a lil bitty 50 lol) i try to go from HC to simple **** like 50/50 but doesnt work for me! i also cant do SS podiums FOR ****! my foot catches the tripple EVERY TIME!

ohhh... nothing wrong w/ being cocky, but that other post just seemed aimed twards ALOT OF RIDERS i know lol (cause thats how alot of them are... including myself.. im not afraid to say it, but i RIDE FOR FUN, not to be a pro) ... atleast thats what i tell myself when i cant learn something lol

Re: florida?

thanks.

and no paul, i wasn't aiming it towards a lot of riders. i was just saying 90% of PARKING LOT RIDERS. parking lot riders only have like 5 tricks. they learn a circle and that's all they do til the end of time. drives me nuts. i can only watch a circle so many times before it gets old.

if you can do that **** on the 50 then you'll get it on the big bike soon enough. when i first started making the SS to podium (or even SS to 50/50 jump) i kept catching my db bars and it was a bad situation. i just kept trying and then finally i got my leg high enough. i can't make a SS to HC jump yet, but soon i will be trying.

i wish i had a decent front end on my f4i so i could rock stoppies on my dirty bike. rocking it on my clean bike sucks cause i'm always afraid to push the envelope and wreck my baby.

best price right there.

i think they'll all work about the same unless you go with the brembo 16x18.

people say the smaller diameter piston works better, if that's the case then going to an older designed master would work because they are smaller. mine is the 14mm piston 900rr master. larger diameter masters would work with the 4 piston calipers because they are high volume. most masters now are 3/4" or 19mm...definately not designed for a highpressure/low volume 1 piston caliper in the rear.

either way, i rock it and it works good. until i have the money for a 16x18, this one works great for me.:YEAH
