hey r any of u guys from indiana planning on coming down to florida anytime soon?.... im from lafayette.... i know binder knows childress and cappy.... cappy is moving down here in june... just curious if any one is coming down for stuntoberfest....?

 

umm, my brother just moved down to daytona. i might be down for a weekend or 2 in may. i'm not coming down for SB because i have army bullshit to do.

i'm startinga new job at the hospital and can't take any PTO time for 6 months. that means i'll be doing the weekend shows or just heading down there for a weekend.

 

Last I heard, Cappy didn't think he was going to be able to move. It is tempting though, find me an engineering job and I will pack my bags.

Yeah, Cappy and his old lady split up. So, he isn't moving anymore. I will start looking down there. I have seriously been thinking about it. I was thinking about applying to MMI, cause I am tired of this desk jockey ****! Pays good, but it's ******* BORING!

 

so you'd change from pays good and annoying to pays bad and stressful?

my room mate went to MMI and is a bike mechanic.....works 6 days a week and makes ok money, not what one would call "good" money.

 

Just thinking about it man ... I can't stand that everyday is a struggle to stay awake. The MMI idea was kinda a whim that I was thinking about for a few days. I have talked to a couple people and I am not sure that is what I would want. So basically, I don't have a ******* clue. Florida is starting to look pretty nice right about now though.

 

i hate florida other than to visit...way too hot, cops are ********, tourists suck, traffic sucks, old people suck, and there are too many laws...

indiana is just nice for me!

and ya, paul doesn't have a problem staying awake during work cause he's so swamped, but he doesn't do **** but sleep when he's home. falls asleep in the recliner then goes to bed when he wakes up about 9ish.

 

mmi is ok.... i grad a yr ago january... and im working in parts.... and florida is awesome.... beach.... riding all yr why u r complaining about snow and cold!!!

good reason why i don't like florida.....i can't take the bullshit heat. there is a line, and florida crosses it and then some. i can even take texas heat...but just not florida (that and the ******* old people...DAMN!)

 

binder your so ****** gay! florida is the greatest place to live. i lived there my whole life and then moved to this shithole state. i let money bring me here and ya money is great, but i was also making good money in ft lauderdale. i will agree with you about the old ***** and cops. but i miss the beach, warm weather, and the beautiful ladies! **** the cornfields...

 

Kenny ... did your brother put a set of Renthals on his bike and aftermarket headlight? There is talk of a blue stuntbike(rare in Lafayette) with twin pipes. I know that your brother rides an SV. Is that him? He gonna start stuntin?

 

ya, and how many times did you NOT ride when we were in florida because it was too hot? i think that was like every day we were there.....what's the difference between being too hot to ride and too cold to ride? either way you're off the bike.

here i'm doing it for less money, less stress, and i can leave my bike parked outside without someone stealing it...****, you can't even leave a bike locked in your house with an ATM system in florida and call it safe

 

i like to leave my bike parked on blacktop for hours in the florida sun!

ME!!!! and hes been stunting... nobody rides up there... granted its an sv 1000 but D-Aces were on TL's for ever and still are... and they kill it!!!! im gonna try and bring the stunt piece up there again sometime this summer... after i save some vacation hours... i want to ride with the guys from indy.... yes thats u binder:YEAH

i'd love to get a little florida style in my bag....and i still need help on SS cirlces. i don't know why they are killing me so much. sitdowns, standups no problem.....SS's are beating my down.

 

ya the ss's are difficult to get used to.... im really smooth on them now... u prolly feel really tall and they r hard to turn in.... it will come... try merk step to ss.... and u started riding b4 i did so u should b good.... cause when i was a squidley mike would talk about the indy riders... and i look back on those days and kinda get a chuckle..... :YEAH but hey man i always have a couch and a room open for whomever so when ur down hit me up... 765-430-2723
