turn idle to bout 2500 clutch up catch it with the brake, let off the brake the idle will set the bike on the bar, pull in clutch and hold on tight, or get into seat stander thats alot easier, once ur on the bar

Re: Parking in 12?

If you are confident with hitting the bar smoothly. Then you can start to run out your scrapes. Once you can do them consistantly smooth and long all you have to do is pull in the clutch and ride it out. I started doing them about 2 weeks ago. When I clutch the 900 it used to stall out. Now that I am running a full tank all the time it stays at high idle so if you want to stop the bike in a stall I have to hit the kill switch. But, don't do this untill you are comforatable enough with long scrapes because you won't have the option to brake out of the 12 and ride it out.
Hope this makes sense. Just got off the bar (working) and did a few tooo many shots with the regs.

Re: Parking in 12?

just practice hitting and start to drag and use the rear brakes . and then you can work on bar tricks. like a spreader out of a twelve
