Stalling

Im up 12 on a zx-6piece, and every time I pop up from a dead stop it get's up but bog's out. Dont know if I need more Idle or what. Looking for idea's.

Mine does that if the plugs are bad. When does it bog out, on the bar or just past the balance point? It wont run on the bar without messing with the carbs, atleast mine doesnt.
