gearing suggestions

i bought a cruchy f2 to learn with,
i plan on it only being a stunt bike (not trailored to the spot, but ridden there and back only).
i want to learn slow stuff but dont want my top end to be 50 mph,

i was wondering what suggestions people can give me on a sprocket set. (im also at 5800 ft up, so i already lose ~25% power, if that matters)

i was originally thinkin -1 +10, but im not sure, any help would be great,

thanks in advance

Re: gearing suggestions

It doesnt really matter what sprockets you have. Unless you abuse the brake and stall out your bike frequently.

Re: gearing suggestions

My first bike was a F3, and I could bring it up on first gear, and 2nd Gear standing up, Stock sprockets.

Re: gearing suggestions

I have a 97 f3 which is about the same thing as a f2 and I am at -1+5 and anything under about 5-7mph I have to slip the clutch or it will stall out or bog really badly. So I am going to go -1+12 cause top speed right now is still well over 100mph so I figure +7 more will make it somewhere in the relm of 75-85mph wich is all you need to get to any spot if you dont hit the freeway.

Re: gearing suggestions

Go -1 +10 it should still run around 110mph on top, and will be low enough for some slow wheelies too.
