Tight steering after wheelie or stoppie

After I come down from a wheelie or stoppie and I go to ride away, it feels like I have a really tight steering damper. The bars don't move freely. And I'm not slamming the wheelies down either. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Loose head bearing? try tightening the nuts under the tripple.?

do you have a steering damper? I once had a problem with a Scotts rubbing on the rubber around the head under the tripple (it wa on a SRAD GSXR tho)
