My 01 f4i with 2k miles will not rev up past 9k. It runs good until it gets high up and then it just sits there. Actaully gets slower the more gas you give it. Increases speed and rpm when you let off the gas a little. I thought it was the pc3 mapped incorrectley so i plugged back in the stock cdi and it did make an inprovement over the pc3 but still won't rev up past 9 or 10k. I don't think the fuel filter is clogged or anything and i am pretty sure the airbox sensors are all working and hooked up? The bike has never been dropped so I don't think it is the cam chain or anything plus the bike has 2k miles on it. I don't know what could be causeing it. Any suggestions?

CHECK THE RAM AIR I HAD A ZX6R THAT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.MY BIKE DID NOT HAD THE PIPES FROM THE RAM AIR AND THATF%@K UP THE AIR FLOW AND WONT LET THE BIKE REV.
