rollin sick stoppies
lock your arms, this will prevent the rear from kicking out as well as help eliminate slappers...
dont listen to ryan, scotts are nice IF you know how to properly adjust them....BUT, i think for long distance a rod type might be better bc i've heard the scotts has some ever-so-slight slop in the center of the damper....when the bars are straight....

I saw the hyperpro adjustable rod dampers at the Motorcycle Show last weekend. They seemed pretty pimp.

How do you do 180* endos?
Have any of you seen or tried GPR Steering Dampers? They're the same style as Scotts but are a lot better and cheaper. I bought one after talking to a lot of racers in birmingham last year cause there was a lot of people switching from Scotts to GPR's. I love it. It's real easy to adjust and was only $370 compared to Scotts or Ohlins $400+ dampers.
I hear that Hyperpro dampers leak under hard use. Endos probably won't cause it but just the fact that they leak turned me away from them.

i haven't heard much about the GPR's but i bid on one on ebay and lost
. oh well, as far as 180's you have to get them up very high and i always just try to shift my weight and kick the steering wheel the opposite direction really quick. to me it's easier to do them faster, but i have been thrown off the other side of the bike quite a few times
. just keep practicing them till you get them and don't stop. good luck
