want to re-gear what is best

I have a gixer 6 i haven't been riding long but want to re-gear. what is the best gears to change to. I was thinking -1 in the front.

-1 in front up 30 in the rear!

I like -1 front +4 in the rear. Just my 2 Cents. I think its a happy medium. Still streetable but does the job.

got the same bike...i did -2 in the front and i love it. still streetable and i can do slow sh*t too. -2 is almost comprable to -1 +4 b/c every tooth in the front is worth three in the back so -2 is like -1 +3.
