battery problems

just replaced my battery after not riding for 3 months, everything was running good until i went to start my bike this morning for a ride. it is completely dead once again. my roomate yesterday came and got me and showed me that my bike was chirping and and turn signal kept flashing on and off, when the bike was off. i took apart battery and recconected everything maid sure there was no wire being pinched and everything was securely fastened. the chirping stopped and i went for a ride with my wife that same afternoon. as of this morning the bike has no juice , and i am fearing having to buy another battery. has anyone had any expiriences with 2005 636's doin this? any tips or idea's would be greatly appreciated.
