Fork oil, I know very very lil about forks

Ok, im feeling like a dumbass asking this but here goes. My f4i doesnt have any oil leaking from the forks, I have the valves almost fully shut. BUT, when I wheelie an set her down semi quickly, not slamming or hit bumbs, she seems bouncy as having the valves open, so im thinking there may not be oil or enough oil in them...So could some one explain to me how to remove old oil an add fresh oil at the correct level, an an easy way to set the oil level?? Agin, I appologise for knowing diddly squat about forks.

you will have to drain and start over.... they give you a mesurement in mm usually from the top of tube....replace your seals while you at it and go to a little heavier oil wt

You are usually safe with 110 mm of air gap. 10wt is common, try sending the forks to the www.ultimatestuntbike.com sponsor RG3 ??
