I'm working on my CBR 600 f4i once again and could use some pointers. I've got an 05 and bought some 06 headlights, figured I could drill necessary holes or whatever. Any advice on composites? Figured I would have to adapt the front cowl of an 06 to my 05 a little bit. Hopefully it won't be a big deal. I also can't get it to start, I just figure maybe I have some open wires somewhere. I bought an 06 wiring harness and Speedometer. I hope that is compatible as well. The price was right, couldn't resist.

Apparently it hit a tree going about 45 mph. I need new Forks and a new radiator to get it working... I hope. Spring Break! I need to fix this puppy.

Checked out my tip sensor but Maybe I need a new one?

 

ok the fronts head lights and cowl are the same from 01-06
so you shouldnt have a prob with mounting them at all..
and the bike wont start with out the headlights pluged in,due to the tip over switch...

 

Ok then I need new forks, radiator, front cowl and speedo bracket (whatever that thing is that holds all that stuff up) and wind screen. Are those the same as well from 01-06? Know anyone selling them? I've got a maint. man. from an 05 600rr. Will that help me at all?

any way yea the fairing stay( part that holds the headlight and fairing on) are the same 01-06, only thing diff on The f4i is the 04-06 is the color of the frame/subframe/tail fairing./banana seat...... there's alot of stuff for sale on here ya just got to check threw it
