1st wheelies!

Well I finally had the ***** to start practicing. After reading some threads and talking to others about it I decided to start practicing just getting the front end up in first gear. The way I've been doing it is just bringing the RPM's up to like 5-6k then nail it and she jumps right up. i can't ride them for **** yet. It comes up and then comes down.
I haven't had the ***** to try to shift out of first, or get it any higher yet. I had someone watch me do it and they said the bottom of my front tire was about 1 1/2 tire height off the ground(if that makes sense). I know thats probably not anywhere near as close to where the balance point is on my bike, but I will get there in time. I'm just very nervous of looping the bike.

I'm gonna have my uncle, and his buddies help me out this summer and give me some person to person pointers. He was in the first 12 o'clock outlaw streetbikes movie, so he'll be a good help.

Anyone got anty pointers, besides cover the rear brake.

THE FIRST THING TO REMEMBER IS NOT TO PUSH YOURSELF. "IF YOU PUSH TO HARD IT WILL PUSH BACK TWICE AS HARD" AND A WRECKED BIKE OR WORSE JUST AIN'T NO FUN. IT MIGHT SEEM LIKE YOUR NOT PROGRESSING AT FISRT BUT AS TIME GOES BY YOU'LL BE RIDIN' WHEELIES LIKE A PRO. SO JUST TAKE YOUR TIME AND PRACTICE AND IT WILL COME TO YOU. :YEAH
