Holy crap, use some punctuation.
What caused the original junction box to stop working?
If the junction box works fine in another bike, then go back and check your wiring harness. My guess would be a direct short to ground for the taillights, and that something got missed during the harness swap for your starting problem. No details about what the starting problem was, but if it is electrical, then go back and double check all your hookups, make sure your switch housings are connected properly, and verify that the harness is also grounded well.
Need more details to go past basic electrical diagnostics.
Hope that helps some.

Re: 636 wont start blows fuses
I think original junction box went out because of a short or something it was really corroded, bike was not giving me the blowing fuse problem with old harness it just wouldn't start you would hear the fuel pump relay click and then it wouldn't start which was from junction box. Checked the bike out again and i am starting to think maybe ignition switch? I am lost all grounds are fine on bike
Re: 636 wont start blows fuses
Is it the same harness? Alot of the time harnesses get repinned year to year for the engineers to justify their existence. Many times this can lead to stupid problems like you're experiencing...
