it happened to me like 5 times in the last two day. i'll be riding i think it's been accelerating each time and the bike bogs for a second the FI light comes on then it goes back to normal. does anyone know what it could be?

 

When that happened to me it was my battery connection was loose I'd pop up a wheelie or even just accelerating hard and it'd bog and then kick back in and the FI light would come on and go back to normal. Did you check your battery connection and basic **** like all your plugs to make sure that everything is plugged in tight and wouldnt jiggle loose

Word I hope its something as easy as that. Mine did it for a week and I didnt think of checking the easiest thing Post up when you find out what it is though

i checked all the connections everything seemed good and it hasn't done it for like a week. than today i put up a seat stander and it did it to me scared the crap out of me i thought i was going over the bars haha

 

i was actually thinking about this thread last night and was gonna see if you fixed it. Sucks holmes - wish I could help. What about checking the wiring in your starter switch. My wires were all fucked up one time and it would cause the bike to bog and feel like it wanted to shut off. Dont remember if the FI light would come on or not but the wiring inside was all fucked up. Glad you didnt get tossed last night

open gas cap next time its boggin, see if you hear air pushin the cap open
