ok i had the vibration for a long time bike ran like **** but still rode the fn **** out of it thought it was always a plug going out... VIBRATION sounding like bee bees in head... now only 2plugs running sounding like a vtwine...

pulled motor now and tomorrow breaking her down just seeing if there is any instructions out there thats handy for BTDC marks and how to do chain n such lmk guy much appreciated

 

It should say in the owners manuel. If not you can call your local dealer and they should be able to give you the information on where the timing marks sould be. Most of the time they are either facing each other or opposite of each other, never in the middle

 

Is it 100% for sure out of timing? Or is that just what you think it is??

 

^^^^^ true that, haha make sure it is out, and not just rip it apart because someone told you it was out.

i was under the impression that if the cct jumps then the motor is pretty much screwed.

 

same i thought it destroys the top end

 

somtimes u can get away with motor jumping teeth other times bent valves, valves in piston ect ect or motor just doesnt wanna start..

if its not the problem then im still doing it anyways chain and sproket and cct so with that all said and done..

is there a how too???? the main thing is timming tdc marks, chain removal ect ect

well it didnt jump timing i wanna checking the valve clearance..

when its tdc the intake valves #2 and #3 are alittle open dont know if thats normal

but mabe that my cct wasnt working properly that my chain was so loose that it was out of time fouling out my plugs #2 and #3 i dont know next step is valve clearance then motor back in for round number 2

mabe its the ecu or map sensor or some dum sensor making it foul out i know its not a vacum first thing i checked..

anyone else have this kinda problem or just me??
