03 636 Fork seals

I am wondering if the forks are under much pressure if I need to use any special tools to relieve the pressure or any other special tools to do the job.

Yep.

636 forks require a spring compressor.

Do a search, it's been asked before recently. I'll look and see if I can find one.

I would recommend having someone help you the first time if you are unfamiliar.
